I offer in-person sessions at my Newport Beach office several days a week and see clients in Laguna Beach one day per week by appointment. If you’re located elsewhere in California or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions, I also provide secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy statewide.

No — therapy isn’t just for crisis. It’s for anyone ready to grow, heal, or navigate a transition with support.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. I provide secure virtual therapy for clients anywhere in California.
How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?
Most sessions are 50 minutes long, once per week. We’ll decide together what pace is right for you.
Do you take insurance?
I’m an out-of-network provider. Many clients receive reimbursement through their PPO plans — I can help guide you through that process.
What issues do you help with?
